Built in 1976, the home has been tastefully updated and impeccably maintained by the current owner. The floor plan is open, light, and airy. There is excellent flow from room to room, and from inside to outside. The kitchen is open to the casual dining area & family room. The dining & formal living rooms have vaulted ceilings. A downstairs bedroom next to a full bath is ideal for guests or use as a home offi ce. The garage is finished with built-in cabinetry and an epoxy floor. The rear yard is stunning! A sparkling pool, with elevated hot tub, is surrounded by a stamped and scored concrete patio. There is lawn space for play, room for fruit trees and veggies, and several entertaining areas. A large side yard, paved and with double swing gates, would provide ample space for a boat/vehicle storage. Diablo West is close to Town, schools, trails and is loved for its strong sense of community nurtured through HOA sponsored events and exceptional HOA facilities.

The Town of Danville is located in the San Ramon Valley in Contra Costa County, California. It is one of the incorporated municipalities in California that uses "town" in its name instead of "city". The population was 44,631 in 2016. With a lively downtown district, shopping and outdoor dining are popular. Danville hosts a farmers' market each Saturday next to the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, located in the historic Southern Pacific Railroad Train Depot. The Iron Horse Regional Trail runs through Danville. It was first a railroad that has been converted to an 80-foot (24 m) wide corridor of bike and hike trails as well as controlled intersections. Extending from Pleasanton to Concord, the trail passes through Danville. Danville is also home to the Village Theatre and Art Gallery, hosting children's theatre, shows and art discussions.
